Job summary

Indodana is seeking a Sales Supervisor in Serang to drive regional sales targets and build strong relationships with merchants and store PICs. You will oversee field teams, ensure POS promotions are in place, and coordinate with partner operations to monitor market conditions.

The role requires leadership, communication, and hands-on training of Promoters. Multiskilled in MS Office and Excel, you will work shifts to meet program objectives in the assigned area.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have at least Senior High School or Diploma in any field
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field
• Strong leadership and able to manage team and area, good communication and marketing skills with social media

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales targets in accordance with the area
• Daily visit to merchant and establish good relationship with PIC store
• Ensure programs and targets in the area are met
• Place POP material promotions in stores
• Coordinate with partner operational teams for sales, competitors and field issues
• Manage around 15-20 Sales Promoters
• Monitor daily activities of Promoters
• Conduct field team training and refreshment training for Promoters
