Indodana is seeking a Sales Supervisor for Banyuwangi area to drive sales targets and manage a field team of 15-20 Promoters. You will visit merchants daily, build strong relationships with store PICs, and ensure programs in your area meet objectives.

The role requires at least a Senior High School or Diploma and 2 years of relevant experience, with proven leadership, communication, and social media marketing skills. You will coordinate with partner operations and help promote POP materials.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets in the assigned area.
• Visit merchants daily and build good relationships with store PIC.
• Ensure programs run smoothly and sales targets are met.
• Ensure POP materials are placed/promoted in stores.
• Coordinate with partner operations teams for market information.
• Manage 15–20 Sales Promoters.
• Monitor daily promoter activities.
• Conduct field team training and refreshment sessions.
