Job summary

Kurniawan Group is seeking a proactive Sales Lead to spearhead subscriber growth and oversee field sales teams across door-to-door, events, and community channels. You will open new residential areas, build partnerships, and coordinate with technical teams for installations.

Ideal candidates hold an S1 degree, have 3–5 years in sales (direct/retail preferred), and show a proven track record of meeting aggressive targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years sales experience, preferably direct/retail sales.
• Proven experience leading field sales teams with aggressive targets.
• Knowledge of local area and residential market characteristics.
• Willing to be mobile and active in the field.
• Possess driving license (SIM A/C).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop sales strategy to achieve customer acquisition targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate field sales teams.
• Develop sales channels: door-to-door, events, communities, and digital.
• Open and manage new residential areas/clusters according to network coverage.
• Build partnerships with community leaders, property managers, and partners.
• Monitor daily team performance and sales productivity.
• Coordinate with technical teams for installation readiness and activation.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
