PT MULTI SUKSES PRATAMA mencari Sales Engineer untuk mendukung promosi dan penjualan produk rekayasa serta solusi industri. Peran ini melibatkan memahami kebutuhan teknis pelanggan, mengusulkan solusi, dan mengelola proses penjualan dari konsultasi teknis hingga implementasi proyek.

Posisi ini memerlukan kemampuan komunikasi bahasa Inggris yang baik, kemauan untuk bepergian, serta kemampuan membaca gambar teknis dan mengoperasikan CRM.

Qualifications

• Memiliki pengalaman penjualan teknis, penjualan produk teknik, atau penjualan produk industri.
• Memahami gambar teknis, spesifikasi, dan persyaratan proyek.
• Mampu membaca interpretasi gambar teknis dan spesifikasi projek.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customer opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Analyze customer technical requirements and recommend suitable engineering products or solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and site visits with prospective clients.
• Prepare technical proposals, cost calculations, and commercial quotations for customers.
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage the sales process until deal closure.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure correct specifications and successful project implementation.
• Provide technical clarification and after-sales support related to products or systems offered.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation, reports, and customer records within the company system.
