Job summary

PT Yili Indonesia Dairy (Sales Office) is seeking a Business Development Manager (MALINGPING) to lead distributor management and drive sales growth in the Malingping area. The role emphasizes field-based leadership and strategic execution to meet targets.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in distribution management (SPV/Manager), strong field sales skills, and proficiency in English. FMCG or ice cream experience with a multi-distributor model is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong field sales, leadership and communication skills.
• English proficiency prioritized.
• Minimum 5 years in distribution management at SPV/Manager level.
• Prefer experience in ice cream or FMCG with multi-distributor model.
• Proven track record in driving sales growth with distributor teams.
• High computer literacy: PowerPoint, Word, and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage distributors to achieve sales growth and strong distribution.
• Assist Regional Sales Manager to execute sales strategy and plans.
• Spend 80% of time in the field coaching, monitoring and developing teams.
• Design and implement Journey Plans, territory management and control.
• Develop assigned market in terms of penetration and value/volume transactions.
• Conduct asset tracking to avoid losses and unproductive assets.
• Provide data and analysis for continuous improvement.
