Blibli Electronic Store is seeking a Project Field Execution specialist to monitor construction and renovation sites across Indonesia. The role emphasizes on-site supervision, vendor coordination, and rigorous reporting to ensure plans and timelines are followed.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Building Engineering, with 1–3 years of field experience. Valid SIM A and SIM C with driving ability are required, and frequent travel is expected.

• On-site supervision of construction or renovation activities.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills with progress updates.
• Ability to read and interpret building drawings, layouts, and specs.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular site visits to supervise construction and renovation activities, ensuring workers and vendors execute tasks according to the approved project plan.
• Monitor project timelines and compare planned progress against actual site conditions, identifying delays and issues.
• Review construction results against drawings, layouts, and specs, highlighting differences between design and implementation.
• Monitor on-site worker performance and vendor activities to ensure quality and compliance.
• Prepare and submit regular updates on project conditions, progress, and outstanding issues to supervisors.
• Travel between assigned project locations to monitor progress and ensure consistent execution standards.
