The Role

This hands‑on role is perfect for a skilled technician who thrives in the mining, civil, or infrastructure sectors and wants to apply their experience on an international stage. Working FIFO from Australia on a 6/2 roster, you’ll play a key role in maintaining, commissioning, and supporting our world‑class Jacon equipment.

Responsibilities

• Commission, service, and maintain Jacon mining and shotcrete equipment.
• Diagnose, repair, and modify mechanical and electrical systems in the field.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to client and local teams.
• Manage warranty claims, maintenance records, and technical reports.
• Support safe operations by implementing and enforcing client safety standards.

About You

• Trade qualification – Certificate III in Fitting, Diesel Mechanics, or Auto Electrical (or equivalent).
• Previous experience inMining, Civil, or Infrastructuremaintenance roles.
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical diagnostics and fault‑finding skills.
• OEM or underground equipment experience highly regarded.
• Fluent English with a willingness to learn Bahasa Indonesia.
• Safety‑focused mindset and a proactive, hands‑on approach.
• Experience with CAN bus systems, predictive maintenance, or equipment failure analysiswill be a distinct advantage.
