Job summary

Interwell is seeking an Operations Supervisor to coordinate client operations from planning through post-job completion, including offshore and onshore deployments. The role supervises Tool Specialists, ensures service quality and compliance, and supports field readiness with continuous development of the operations team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in field operations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Slick line/ E-Line/ Coil Tubing experience.
• Proven experience with down hole tools and intervention equipment.
• Experience interacting with clients and participating in client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Act as dedicated operational focal point for clients, maintaining engagement and site visits.
• Oversee daily operations from planning to post-job completion and reporting.
• Coordinate between field teams, workshop, and internal departments for seamless operations.
• Assign Tool Specialists based on competency, client, and requirements.
• Ensure equipment readiness and regulatory/visa compliance prior to mobilisation.
• Conduct pre- and post-job reviews to capture scope, risks and lessons learned.
