Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Minimum 8 years in the upstream offshore and subsea sector.
• Proven experience leading offshore survey operations for offshore oil and gas projects.
• Experience supporting offshore construction, subsea installation, SURF, inspection, maintenance and integrity projects.
• Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary survey teams and marine operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead survey planning, execution, data quality assurance, equipment deployment, and technical governance for offshore projects.
• Support project delivery, client engagement, HSEQ performance, and continuous improvement across regional and global offshore developments.
• Review and approve survey execution plans, procedures, risk assessments, and technical reports.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and operational risks affecting survey activities.
• Promote compliance with QA/QC, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.
