Job summary

The Field Assistant will support the day-to-day implementation of Silvofishery activities in Lampung. You will work closely with local communities and field workers to ensure activities are carried out according to technical plans and schedules.

As a field-based role, you will serve as a communication link between the community, field implementation team, and IPB-I-CAN and FINCAPES project teams, requiring coordination and clear progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in fisheries and marine sciences, forestry or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship or field work is a plus.
• Personal laptop and smartphone required to support communication, reporting and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day silvofishery activities and pond redesign.
• Coordinate with field laborers and pond farmers; assign tasks and maintain schedules.
• Act as primary liaison between field team, communities, and project management.
