Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking a Mechanical Electrical Technician Staff to support building operations for a commercial high-rise property. You will operate, monitor, and record data for HVAC, electrical panels, pumps, elevators, and plumbing systems, and perform routine preventive maintenance.

You will respond to user inquiries, assist with equipment setup, supervise fit-out works, report defects, and prepare daily/monthly activity reports while maintaining tools and adhering to workplace safety

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience as a Building Maintenance/MEP Technician.
Minimum SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor's in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical panels, plumbing, elevators, and basic workplace safety (HSE) standards.

Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and record data for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems (HVAC, power, pumps, elevators).
Execute routine preventive maintenance on MEP equipment and maintain safety in technical rooms.
Respond promptly to technical inquiries, resolve engineering issues, and assist with equipment setup or adjustments.
Supervise building fit-out works and report defects or repairs needed to the Leader/Chief Engineer.
Prepare daily and monthly activity reports and inventory engineering tools.
