Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking an experienced Building Maintenance/MEP Technician to operate, monitor, and record data for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems in a high-rise or commercial setting. The role requires 1-2 years of hands-on experience and a formal education in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor).

You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to technical inquiries, and help ensure safety and reliability of facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Building Maintenance/MEP Technician.
• Education: SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor's in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical panels, plumbing, elevators, and basic safety (HSE).

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and record daily operational data for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Execute routine preventive maintenance on MEP equipment.
• Respond to technical inquiries and assist with equipment setup or adjustments.
• Supervise building fit-out works and report defects to Engineer Leader.
• Prepare daily/monthly activity reports and inventory tools.
