Job summary

Bfi in Depok, West Java, ID is seeking an Agricultural Field Officer to provide hands-on support to farmers and communities. The role focuses on practical farming techniques, field visits, and data gathering, with a hybrid work arrangement combining field and office tasks.

• Willingness to travel frequently within Depok, West Java, ID and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and training to farmers on best agricultural practices, including crop cultivation, soil management, and pest control.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor crop progress, identify challenges, and provide solutions.
• Assist farmers in implementing improved farming techniques to increase yields and profitability.
• Collect data on farm activities, crop production, and socio-economic conditions.
• Organize and facilitate farmer meetings, workshops, and demonstration plots.
• Liaise with local communities, government extension services, and other stakeholders.

• Assist in the planning and execution of agricultural projects within the designated area.
