• Stay abreast of the latest research, technologies, and regulatory changes in agronomy and sustainable agriculture.
• Create and deliver informative reports, presentations, and training materials for clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with research and development teams to contribute to the innovation of new agronomic solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex agronomic challenges faced by clients and propose effective solutions.
• Maintain detailed client records and track the implementation and success of recommendations.
• Represent the company's expertise and commitment to sustainable agriculture in virtual engagements.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, or a related agricultural field.
• Proven experience as an Agronomist or in a similar role, with a strong track record in crop management and production.
• Expertise in soil health, plant nutrition, pest and disease management, and sustainable farming practices.
• Proficiency in using agricultural data analysis software, GIS, and remote sensing tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage a remote workload effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Strong client relationship management and consulting skills.
