Job summary

Coca-cola European Partners is seeking a Reporting Analyst to deliver accurate, timely reports and insights across Sales and Supply Chain. You will ensure compliance with reporting standards, collaborate with business users, and drive process improvements through automation and standardized reporting.

The role requires 5-7 years in business reporting, strong proficiency in Power BI/Tableau/Excel, and experience supporting month-end, forecasts, and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business Studies, Management or related field.
• 5-7 years of managerial experience in business reporting, preferably in FMCG or multinational environments.
• Proven track record with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) and data quality responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute standard reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and MS Excel.
• Amend and build reports by manipulating data, supporting automation and simplification initiatives.
• Support month-end closing, forecast, budget cycles, and daily/weekly reporting for assigned BU.
• Identify data sources, extract, cleanse, and validate data for reporting and analysis.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and conduct initial analysis for end users.
• Assist in reporting upgrades, system enhancements, and reporting-related projects.
• Monitor report availability, data refresh schedules, and system performance; provide reliable feedback.
• Provide insights and recommendations for reporting improvement, standardization, and simplification.

YOUR TEAM

Data Insights Services Team is responsible for delivering end-to-end reporting, analytics, and insights across Commercial and Supply Chain domains, ensuring high-quality, standardized, and scalable data products that support business performance and operational decision-making. The team combines business acumen and technical expertise that includes business reporting, analytics capabilities and data engineering to enable data-driven decisions across key business functions.

YOUR ROLE

As a Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and standardized business reports that support effective decision-making across the organization. You will ensure compliance with reporting standards and protocols, provide insights to Sales and other functions, and proactively collaborate with business users to resolve issues. In addition, you will identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, support automation initiatives, and help drive efficiency, accuracy, and consistency in reporting across the business.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Prepare and distribute standard reports using BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau) and MS Excel in a timely and accurate manner
• Amend existing reports and build new reports by manipulatingdata with BI tools, Analysis for Office, MS Excel, or SQLconnections. Support development and implementation ofreporting improvement initiatives (e.g., automation,simplification)
• Support month-end closing, forecast, budget cycles, anddaily/weekly reporting for assigned BU.
• Identify reliable data sources, extract, cleanse, and validatedata required for reporting and analysis.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and conduct initial analysis for endusers.

CAREER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education Background:

• Min. bachelor degree from Information Systems/ Finance / Business Studies/ Management or any related disciplines

Professional Experience:

• 5-7 years of working experience at managerial level in Business Reporting related areas preferably from FMCG industry
  and /or Multinational Company.

Qualifications / Certifications:

• Proven track record of managing reporting processes, data quality, and reporting tools (Excel, SAP Analysis for Office,Alteryx, BI Tools – Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with commercial curiosity and the ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to balance BAU delivery with new demand, projects, and process improvements.
