Responsibilities

• Conduct visits for collection to Tunaiku customers in arrears.
• Conduct investigations and searches for Tunaiku customers in arrears.
• Negotiate settlement of Tunaiku arrears.
• Minimize risks arising from the billing process.
• Responsible for achieving the set targets.
• Coordinate with internal and external units to carry out strategies and achieve targets.
