Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a field collection agent for Tunaiku arrears in the Bekasi area including Cibitung and Cikarang. The role requires a high school diploma, a motorcycle with SIM C and active STNK, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visits for collection to Tunaiku customers who are in arrears in their respective buckets.
• Conduct investigations and searches for Tunaiku customers who are in arrears.
• Negotiate the settlement of Tunaiku arrears.
• Minimize all kinds of risks that arise as a result of the billing process.
• Responsible for achieving the set targets.
• Coordinate with related units both internally and externally in carrying out strategies and achieving targets.
• Placement : Bekasi Area, Cibitung, Cikarang
