Job summary

PT Indodana Multi Finance Balikpapan is seeking an experienced Collection Manager to lead the collection and recovery performance and oversee the field collector team. You will coach staff to ensure targets are met and provide actionable insights to management.

Responsibilities include monitoring daily, weekly and monthly AR movement and consumer payments, reporting delinquency status, and allocating territories.

Qualifications

• Six years of experience in collection banking or multi finance.
• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office with strong analytical skills.
• Good problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor Collection and Recovery performance to meet targets.
• Supervise field collector team and provide coaching.
• Prepare reports and feedback to management on delinquency target achievement.
• Move AR on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Handle performance management for underperforming collectors.
• Monitor field collector visit results and visit frequency.
• Report and discuss target achievement, problems and difficulties to management.
• Allocate handling areas for each collector.
• Manage and monitor consumer payments.
• Provide analysis of consumer handling and report to management.
