Responsibilities

• Develop a team plan to achieve activity targets set by management.
• Supervise implementation of field team activities.
• Coordinate with local stakeholders and district governments.
• Coordinate problems using Freshdesk application.
• Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation reports.
• Ensure activities are properly recorded and documented.
• Conduct orientation and training for field agents.
