PT Adecco Personnel Indonesia is seeking a Field Chemist for a 4-month contract to operate and maintain the analytical laboratory supporting our pilot lithium extraction facility in Indonesia. This hands-on role requires strong analytical chemistry skills and the ability to deliver high-quality data safely and on schedule.

You will operate laboratory instrumentation (ICP‑OES, titrators, pH and conductivity meters), prepare standards and QC samples, maintain documentation, review data, and

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 3+ years in industrial, mining, chemical processing, environmental, or metallurgical labs preferred.
• Experience operating ICP-OES instruments and auto-titrators is strongly preferred.
• Strong QC, calibration, and lab documentation knowledge.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Operate the pilot laboratory and perform routine chemical analyses to support pilot plant operations.
• Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot ICP‑OES, titrators, pH, conductivity, and density meters, balances and other equipment.
• Prepare standards, reagents, calibration solutions, and QC samples.
• Maintain quality systems, calibration records, control charts, and instrument logs.
• Review analytical data for accuracy and identify potential issues.
• Coordinate instrument repairs with vendors when needed.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness, organization, and documentation.
• Manage laboratory inventory and purchase consumables to support continuous operations.
• Communicate analytical results timely to support process investigations.
