PT LBM Energi Baru Indonesia Batang is seeking fresh graduates in Chemical Engineering for a full-time QC/QA role at Batang, Central Java. You will perform incoming material inspections, in-process quality checks, and operate essential laboratory instruments for Fe content and related parameters.

The job requires basic knowledge of quality control procedures, safety, and the ability to work in a production environment with strict safety rules. English is a plus; Mandarin is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) in Chemical Engineering or related field is required or welcomed.
• Fresher graduates are welcome to apply.
• Familiar with Fe content analysis and operation of laboratory instruments.

Responsabilités

• Perform incoming inspection of raw materials for LFP cathode production.
• Conduct in-process quality checks during each production stage.
• Operate and maintain testing instruments for Fe content and other material parameters.
• Prepare, analyze, and record test results per company procedures.
• Identify and document non-conformities with the Testing team.
• Assist with routine laboratory analysis and sample preparation.
• Ensure all inspection activities comply with company quality and safety standards.

Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering or related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Familiar with Fe content analysis and operation of relevant laboratory instruments, such as:

AAS (Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy)

ICP-OES (Inductively Coupled Plasma – Optical Emission Spectroscopy)

UV-Vis Spectrophotometer

XRD (X-ray Diffraction)

XRF (X-ray Fluorescence)

Titration.

PH testing.

Basic understanding of quality control procedures and laboratory safety.

Willing to work in a production environment with strict safety regulations.

Detail-oriented, fast learner, good teamwork skills.

Fluent in English is a plus, Mandarin will be a advantage

Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java

Key Responsibilities:
