Zusammenfassung

IDS Medical Systems Group is seeking a diligent Field Billing Collector to deliver invoices, collect payments, and maintain strict documentation in the Semarang area. You will travel to hospitals and clinics, verify documents, and coordinate with AR/Finance and Sales teams to resolve discrepancies.

The role requires at least one year in collection or billing support, a valid driving license, and proficiency with Excel.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK; D3 in Accounting, Administration, or related field is an advantage
• Active Class C driving license and able to ride a motorcycle; Class A license is an advantage
• Understanding of sales invoices, delivery notes, receipts, and billing support documents
• Able to use Microsoft Excel and basic administration applications
• Communication, negotiation skills, and ability to build good relationships with customers

Aufgaben

• Deliver invoices and billing documents to customers according to schedule and ensure documents are received by authorized personnel
• Verify completeness of billing documents, including invoices, delivery notes, purchase orders (PO), tax invoices if required, and supporting documents according to customer requirements
• Obtain document receipts that include date of receipt, recipient name, and signature or stamp according to regulations
• Conduct collection and follow up on payment for invoices that are approaching or have exceeded due date
• Confirm payment status and payment plans with customers and record communication results accurately
• Coordinate with AR/Finance and Sales teams regarding unpaid invoices, missing documents, invoice value discrepancies, or payment obstacles
• Collect proof of payment or receive payment if authorized, and submit to Finance according to company procedures
• Prepare daily activity reports including customer visits, invoices delivered, receipts, collection results, and field obstacles
• Maintain security of company documents and funds under responsibility
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and conduct collection in a courteous manner according to company procedures
• Experience working with hospitals, clinics, or healthcare facilities is an advantage
