Responsibilities

• Analyze soil samples, crop health data, weather patterns, and satellite imagery to identify issues and opportunities.
• Develop customized crop management plans to optimize yield, quality, and sustainability for diverse farming operations.
• Advise on nutrient management, irrigation, pest and disease control, and crop rotation best practices.
• Stay abreast of latest research, technologies, and regulatory changes in agronomy and sustainable agriculture.
• Create and deliver reports, presentations, and training materials for clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to contribute to new agronomic solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex agronomic challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Maintain detailed client records and track implementation and success of recommendations.
• Represent the company's expertise in virtual engagements and remote consultations.
