Job summary

Goldenagri is seeking a Remote Agronomy Specialist to provide expert agronomic consultations to clients worldwide. The role focuses on crop management, soil health, and data-driven recommendations, leveraging GIS and remote sensing tools.

Candidates should hold a Master’s or PhD in a relevant field and be fluent in English. This fully remote position supports global farming initiatives, with emphasis on sustainable practices and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

Master's or Ph.D. in Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as an agronomist with a strong track record in crop management.
Expertise in soil health, plant nutrition, pest and disease management, and sustainable farming practices.
Proficiency in GIS, remote sensing tools, and agricultural data analysis software.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Provide expert agronomic advice to clients via remote consultations.
Analyze soil samples, crop health data, weather patterns and satellite imagery.
Develop customized crop management plans to optimize yield and sustainability.
Advise on nutrient management, irrigation, pest and disease control, and crop rotation.
Create reports and training materials for clients and internal teams.
Collaborate with R&D to develop new agronomic solutions.
Maintain detailed client records and track implementation of recommendations.
