Job summary

Borderless Talent Solutions Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager (F&B Industry Experience Required) to lead the financial operations of the subsidiary and support management with timely reporting, analysis, and strategic recommendations. You will report to the CFO and oversee General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cost Control.

In this role you will drive monthly statements, budgeting, audits, cash flow planning, and tax reconciliations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Recognized accounting and/or finance qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of Finance or Accounting experience, including 3–4 years in financial management.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, audit, taxation, cash flow, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the subsidiary's Finance and Accounting operations.
• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements.
• Manage cash flow planning and cost control.
• Coordinate and handle the subsidiary's financial audit.
• Lead the annual budgeting process.
• Ensure all required financial and management reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Ensure monthly SPT Masa submissions are properly prepared and submitted.
• Handle PB1 payment and reporting.
• Perform regular tax reconciliations for revenue and costs.
• Develop and manage the Finance team while driving continuous improvement.

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager (F&B Industry Experience Required) to lead the financial operations of our subsidiary and support the management team with timely financial reporting, analysis, and strategic recommendations.

Reporting directly to the CFO, this position will oversee the Finance subdepartments, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cost Control.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the subsidiary's Finance and Accounting operations
• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements
• Manage cash flow planning and cost control
• Coordinate and handle the subsidiary's financial audit
• Lead the annual budgeting process
• Ensure all required financial and management reports are completed accurately and on time

Requirements
