Job summary

PT SAYLIFE NUTRISI INDONESIA in Bogor is seeking a FAT Manager to lead the Finance, Accounting & Tax function, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strict cost control in manufacturing. You will oversee the F&A & Tax team, manage budgeting, cash flow, and forecasting, and supervise HPP/COGS, inventory control, and purchasing cost analysis.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance/Taxation, at least 5 years in FAT leadership within manufacturing, strong

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
• Minimum 5 years experience as FAT Manager, preferably from manufacturing industry.
• Understanding of Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Financial Reporting, and Manufacturing Costing.
• Must master HPP/COGS manufacturing calculations, inventory control, and purchasing cost analysis.
• Mastery of Indonesian taxation.
• Direct experience handling SP2DK and tax inspections (Tax Audit).
• Experience leading teams and ability to work hands-on in FAT operational activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial reports, cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
• Control and analyse HPP/COGS manufacturing, including raw material costs, packaging, labour, and production overhead
• Oversee inventory control, WIP, finished goods, stock opname, and inventory reconciliation
• Conduct purchasing cost analysis and production cost control
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly and annual tax calculation and reporting
• Handle SP2DK and tax inspections directly, including clarification processes and communication with DJP
• Ensure tax compliance and effectiveness of company SOPs and internal controls
• Lead the team and work hands-on in FAT operational activities
