Job summary

TELUS Digital is seeking a Recruiter/Sourcing professional based in Denpasar, Bali to execute sourcing plans, screen candidates, and support onboarding processes. The role involves coordinating with HR and Operations, maintaining recruiter data, and ensuring smooth hiring workflows.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years work experience in recruitment/head-hunting or sourcing, preferably in BPO/ITO or similar
• General knowledge of Recruitment and selection practices, procedures, processes, concepts, and principles
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel); Interviewing and Assessment skills

Responsibilities

• Executes planned sourcing activities to meet target applicant footfall and hires on time
• Provides tactical support across sourcing channels and initiatives
• Coordinates with HR and Operations to identify profiles and hiring requirements
• Maintains databases and trackers to monitor and report sourcing efficiency and quality
• Supports onboarding activities including documentation and data entry
