Job summary

Chocolate Monggo, an Indonesian premium chocolate brand produced in Yogyakarta, is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations onsite.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields, 5+ years in production with 2+ in management, strong GMP/HACCP knowledge, and proven leadership to drive targets, team, and costs while maintaining quality. Excellent English and FMCG experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
• At least 5 years in production, with 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in production planning, manufacturing, and quality control.
• Strong knowledge of food safety (GMP, HACCP).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage production targets, team, materials and costs.
• FMCG/F&B/Chocolate or food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Good English communication skills preferred.
• Willing to work onsite in Yogyakarta.

• Direct and develop the production team, schedule manpower, and allocate materials.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, and cost control to optimize efficiency.

Minimum 5 years of production experience, Including 2 years in a managerial position.

Experienced in Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Quality Control.

Good understanding of Food Safety, GMP, and HACCP.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Able to manage production targets, team, materials, and costs.

Disciplined, proactive, responsible, and result-oriented.

FMCG, F&B, Chocolate, or Food Manufacturing is preferred.

Good English communication skills is preferred.

Willing to work onsite in Yogyakarta.
