PT Indo CafCo, Medan, North Sumatra, is seeking a Production Manager to plan, coordinate, and supervise all production activities. You will lead teams, optimize resources, and drive continuous improvement to boost productivity and reduce costs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in manufacturing operations.
  • At least 3 years in supervisory/managerial production role.
  • Experience in food processing, coffee processing, FMCG, or agro-industry preferred.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent production planning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to achieve production schedules and targets.
  • Monitor production performance, efficiency, and product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, quality assurance, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize production costs.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, QA, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor raw material utilization and inventory to minimize interruptions.
  • Analyze production data and prepare regular performance reports for management.
  • Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and operators.
  • Manage manpower planning, shift scheduling, and workforce productivity.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, 5S, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.

About you
