ISS Indonesia seeks a Facility Coordinator for its Data Center in Batam. You will oversee site operations, physical security, and security systems, coordinating vendors and frontline staff to maintain secure data center facilities.

The role requires a Diploma (D3) and a minimum of two years in similar roles, with strong English communication and experience with CCTV, access control, and incident reporting.

Facility Coordinator (Data Center) Batam

Facility Coordinator for Data Center operations in Batam, responsible for site operations, facility coordination, and security management within a data center environment.

Key responsibilities

Handle security service operations, physical security, and security systems management

Coordinate security vendors, contractors, and frontline security personnel

Manage CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and visitor management

Prepare security incident reporting

Operate Access Control System (ACS), CCTV Video Analytics, and Intrusion Detection System (IDS)

Manage Visitor Management System (VMS)

About you

Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Operations, Facility Coordinator, or Junior Facility Manager, preferably within facility management, data center operations, or telecommunications

Experienced in handling security service operations, physical security, and security systems

Familiarity with CCTV, access control, alarm systems, visitor management, and security incident reporting

Good English communication skills, both written and spoken

Gada Utama (GU) and KTA (Kartu Tanda Anggota) certification would be an advantage

Willing to be placed in Batam site
