Job summary

Pt Foom Lab Global in Tangerang is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to design and optimize facility layouts, workspaces, and material flows for efficient operations. You will collaborate with architects, construction teams, and operations to implement scalable designs.

The candidate will lead projects from concept through completion, applying CAD tools and safety standards while delivering practical, safe, and cost-effective solutions for industrial facilities in Indonesia.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
5+ years in industrial engineering with emphasis on facility layout and design.
Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD) and simulation tools.
Strong understanding of ergonomics, safety standards and handling systems.
Experience leading facility design projects from conception to completion.
Excellent spatial reasoning and communication, especially in Tangerang.

Responsibilities

Design and optimize plant layouts, warehouse configurations, and workstation arrangements.
Develop floor plans, material flow diagrams, and equipment placement strategies.
Collaborate with architects, construction teams, and operations during design and implementation.
Ensure designs comply with safety regulations, codes, and environmental standards.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for facility modifications.
Utilize CAD and simulation tools to visualize and validate facility designs.
