Job summary

PT Maxxis International Indonesia is seeking a managerial engineer to oversee machining and drafting operations in our Indonesian division. The role focuses on leading a team, planning tasks, and ensuring on-time project delivery with high quality.

The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, coordinate with multiple departments, and train new personnel while supporting system development to reduce errors and boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Min. D3 in Mechanical Engineering/Machinery Design.
• 4+ years in relevant field; leadership experience welcomed.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D), SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor or similar drawing software.
• Able to understand and create mechanical, electrical and piping drawings.
• Proficient with design mechanisms and mechanical tolerance analysis.
• Understanding of machining processes and material characteristics.
• Preferred: Project management experience.
