Job summary

Pt Tata Elektrikal Instrumen is seeking a Mechanical Drafter to support its plant engineering department in Tangerang. You will create detailed 2D and 3D drawings of mechanical components, equipment, and plant layouts using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or certification in Mechanical Drafting or related field.
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Drafter in manufacturing or plant environments.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings of mechanical components, equipment, and plant layouts using CAD software.
• Update and maintain existing engineering drawings based on modifications or repairs.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure drawings reflect design requirements.
• Prepare BOMs for drafted designs.
• Ensure drawings comply with company standards, regulations, and safety codes.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation for projects and proposals.
