Job summary

Path Finder Investment is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily sports and wellness venues, including reception, tennis, golf, and other facilities. You will manage the operations team to ensure safety, service standards, and smooth functioning.

You will lead staff, monitor checklists, coordinate with Engineering, Housekeeping, Security, and other departments, handle guest requests, and ensure compliance with SOPs while planning events and tournaments.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Management, Hospitality, Sport Management, or related field.
• Male/Female,
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations, preferably in a Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Strong leadership, team management, customer service, complaint handling, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills; proactive, disciplined, service-oriented, and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across Sports, Wellness, Reception/Front Office, Cashier, Locker Rooms, and supporting facilities, including Tennis, Padel, Golf, and other recreational areas, to ensure safe, smooth, and service-standard operations.
• Ensure venue readiness before, during, and after operating hours through opening and closing checklists, cleanliness and facility inspections, equipment checks, court readiness, signage, and coordination with Engineering, Housekeeping, Security, and other relevant departments.
• Lead and manage the operations team, including task allocation, duty roster, daily briefing, attendance monitoring, grooming, discipline, performance evaluation, and ensuring all staff understand and follow the applicable SOPs.
• Ensure high service quality and customer experience by overseeing booking, check-in, facility usage, membership, equipment rental, and handling customer complaints and requests promptly, professionally, and effectively.
• Monitor compliance with SOPs, safety, and operational procedures, including facility capacity, court usage regulations, emergency procedures, incident handling, and lost & found, while escalating critical issues to the Operational Manager.
• Coordinate special operational activities, including tournaments, coaching sessions, community activities, corporate events, VIP visits, promotions, and other activities, ensuring they run according to schedule without disrupting regular operations.
• Conduct operational monitoring, documentation, and reporting, including visitor numbers, court/facility utilization, complaint and incident reports, equipment condition, operational issues, and staff performance, while providing improvement recommendations to the Operational Manager.
