Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd seeks a Facilities Manager to ensure smooth operation of SPX Express offices and warehouses. You will organize preventive maintenance, oversee repairs, and keep detailed activity records while conducting regular inspections for standards and improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities include vendor management, obtaining quotes, ensuring timely project completion, and supervising security systems such as access control, CCTV, and alarms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 2 years in Facility Management or related field.
• Willingness to travel to SPX Express premises as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of SPX Express office and warehouse spaces.
• Organize preventive maintenance, oversee repairs and renovations with records.
• Conduct inspections across SPX facilities to ensure standards and identify improvements.
• Source and manage relationships with external vendors, contractors and service providers.
• Oversee access control, CCTV and alarm systems for safety and security.
