Job summary

JLL is seeking a Technical Facilities Coordinator in Jakarta, Indonesia. This on-site role focuses on tuning site operations, ensuring energy efficiency and cost control across the building systems. You will mentor a team, coordinate with the regional account group and cultivate vendor relationships to support facility needs.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in tech engineering, knowledge of EHS regulations, and strong communication skills to drive performance and safety across the site.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of tech engineering expertise
• Familiarity with EHS regulations and performance-based service contracts
• Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Tuning the site to perfection by monitoring site operations, energy use, costs and building systems; maintain health and safety for staff and ensure quick response to issues.
• Lead and train a high-powered team; collaborate with senior account teams to develop skills and growth opportunities.
• Foster connections with vendors to fulfill site needs and ensure service quality.
