Job summary

Harlan Holden Indonesia is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Staff to join our team to oversee maintenance, repairs, and coordination of equipment across Jakarta and Bekasi outlets.

You will perform on-site electrical and plumbing work, manage preventive maintenance schedules, and coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure quality results. A relevant technical background and 3–5 years in facilities maintenance are required, along with a valid driving license and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably from F&B, retail, or hospitality industries.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, plumbing, and mechanical repairs.
• Experience coordinating with third-party vendors/contractors.
• Familiarity with F&B equipment is an added value.
• Valid C/A driving license and willing to travel to outlets in Jakarta & Bekasi.
• Willing to be on-call to handle emergency situations.
