Job summary

PT ARITA PRIMA INDONESIA Tbk is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to identify and pursue fabrication project opportunities across industries. You will build relationships with project owners, EPC/EPCC firms, contractors, and industrial customers, and manage the sales pipeline from inquiry to closing.

The role requires 2–5 years in sales or business development, preferably in fabrication or EPC environments, and the ability to read engineering drawings, BOQ, and tender

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably in fabrication, steel structure, mechanical, industrial projects, EPC/EPCC, construction, or mining.
• Good understanding of fabrication works, such as pipe fabrication, pipe spool, tank fabrication, steel structure, piping support, and mechanical fabrication.
• Able to read and understand basic engineering drawings, BOQ, scope of work, and tender documents.
• Proven ability in B2B sales, project hunting, negotiation, and business development.
• Existing networks with project owners, contractors, or EPC companies are an advantage.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and target-oriented skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new fabrication project opportunities through active project hunting.
• Build relationships with project owners, EPC/EPCC companies, contractors, and industrial customers.
• Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting, inquiry, tender, and quotation to negotiation and closing.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Estimation teams to prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals.
• Monitor market opportunities, sales forecasts, project progress, and customer relationships.
