Job summary

Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa seeks an F&B Team Leader to coach and guide a team delivering memorable dining experiences. You will model anticipative service, ensuring attention to quality and detail across service touches while maintaining a culture of training and teamwork.

You will lead by example, motivating staff to excel in hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction across diverse dining settings at the resort.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or similar
• Previous experience in a similar role in a 5 star restaurant
• Self-motivated and outgoing personality, enjoy working as part of a team

Qualifications
