Job summary

Social Bread is a digital marketing marketplace that helps small and medium businesses and content creators grow their presence on social media. Based in Tangerang, Indonesia, the company has been delivering tech enabled marketing solutions since 2020.

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing professional to devise growth strategies, win new clients, lead pitches and negotiations, and build lasting relationships with brands and partners in TikTok and other digital channels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or related roles.
• Experience in digital agency, social media, TikTok, or related industry.
• Strong network or existing client/channel within the TikTok, digital marketing, or brand ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales and marketing strategies to grow revenue and acquire new clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, brands, and partners.
• Identify new business opportunities within the TikTok and digital marketing space.
• Lead sales activities, including pitching, negotiation, and deal closing.
• Monitor market trends and develop relevant strategies and solutions.
• Lead and support the Sales & Marketing team to achieve business targets.
