Job summary

Social Bread is seeking a proactive Sales/Business Development professional in Indonesia to acquire and onboard F&B merchants to TikTok GO. You will identify prospects, pitch solutions, negotiate terms, and close partnerships.

Build strong relationships with merchants and key decision-makers, manage the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution. 2+ years in relevant roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new F&B merchants to TikTok GO.
• Identify and approach potential restaurant, café, and F&B brand partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and key decision-makers.
• Handle the full sales process, from pitching and negotiation to closing and onboarding.
• Understand merchant needs and offer relevant TikTok GO solutions and promotions.
• Manage the merchant pipeline and achieve acquisition and revenue targets.
• Stay updated on F&B market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and campaign execution.
