Job summary

PT SAMUDERA PRIMA DISTRIBUSI is seeking an experienced F&B senior leader to oversee daily operations, drive growth, and ensure high standards across all outlets. You will align FOH/BOH, purchasing, finance, HR and marketing to optimize profitability and guest experience.

The role requires 5+ years in F&B leadership, strong P&L focus, and proven ability to scale multiple outlets. You will manage a diverse team and partner with executives to implement strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Proven experience managing multiple F&B outlets or a large-scale operation.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end F&B operations including FOH, BOH, purchasing, inventory, and supply chain.
• Proven track record of revenue growth, profitability improvement, and cost optimization.
• Excellent strategic thinking, business acumen, and leadership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall performance and daily operations of all F&B locations.
• Establish and implement SOPs and service standards across locations.
• Drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability through operational strategies.
• Coordinate FOH, BOH, Purchasing, Finance, HR, Marketing & other departments.
• Develop and execute strategies for revenue growth and market expansion.
• Monitor P&L, costs, and outlet profitability; review monthly financials.
• Lead Operations Managers, Area/Outlet Managers, Head Chefs, and kitchen teams.
• Set organizational structures, KPIs, and performance expectations.
• Develop succession plans and provide coaching & development.
