Job summary

Manpower Thailand is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to lead the subsidiary's finances. You will report to the CFO and oversee General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cost Control, ensuring timely reporting and strategic financial guidance.

You will drive monthly statements, budgeting, audits, tax reconciliations, and team development in a fast-paced environment. This role demands strong leadership and stakeholder management in a dynamic F&B context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business discipline.
• Recognized accounting and/or finance qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of Finance or Accounting experience, including 3-4 years in financial management in F&B.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, audit, taxation, cash flow and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the subsidiary's Finance and Accounting operations.
• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements.
• Manage cash flow planning and cost control.
• Coordinate and handle the subsidiary's financial audit.
• Lead the annual budgeting process.
• Ensure all required financial and management reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Ensure monthly SPT Masa submissions are properly prepared and submitted.
• Handle PB1 payment and reporting.
• Prepare annual SPT Tahunan.
• Perform regular tax reconciliations for revenue and costs.
• Develop and manage the Finance team while driving continuous improvement.
