Reporting directly to the CFO, this role oversees General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cost Control while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely closes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related business discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in finance or accounting, with 3–4 years in financial management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the subsidiary's Finance and Accounting operations.
• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements.
• Manage cash flow planning and cost control.
• Coordinate and handle the subsidiary's financial audit.
• Lead the annual budgeting process.
• Ensure all required financial and management reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Ensure monthly SPT Masa submissions are properly prepared and submitted.
• Handle PB1 payment and reporting.
• Prepare annual SPT Tahunan.
• Perform regular tax reconciliations for revenue and costs.
• Develop and manage the Finance team while driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Recognized accounting and/or finance qualification
• Minimum 5 years of Finance or Accounting experience, including 3-4 years in financial management
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting operations, budgeting, audit, taxation, cash flow, and cost control
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop teams
• Strong stakeholder-management and relationship-building skills
• Excellent analytical, logical-reasoning, and decision-making abilities
• Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities
