Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced External Relations Manager to build and sustain engagement with communities surrounding the plantation, and to coordinate with external stakeholders. The role requires leadership, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a track record in related industries such as manufacturing, plantation, agriculture or mining.

Based in Nusa Tenggara Barat, the position involves overseeing field work programs and resolving land disputes within the plantation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 7+ years of working experience in External Relations.
• 2+ years of working experience as a Manager.
• Experience in manufacture, plantation, agriculture or mining industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain effective communication with communities surrounding the plantation.
• Anticipate potential social issues by coordinating with relevant external stakeholders.
• Resolve issues related to land disputes within the plantation area.
• Coordinate with vendors and management regarding operational issues in the field.
• Monitor and oversee the implementation of work programs carried out by the External Relations team.

At least 2 years of working experience as a Manager

Candidates must be willing to work at Nusa Tenggara Barat (NON-ROSTER)
