Job summary

HARA AgriTech is seeking an Area Manager to lead the Regenerative Agriculture program in East Kalimantan. The one-year project involves coordinating with government, cooperatives, and farmer groups to drive onboarding and field readiness for demonstrations.

You will supervise Field Officers, map stakeholders, and ensure timely progress reporting. Regular travel across villages is required; field deployments may include candidates from Jabodetabek.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience leading a team or supervisory position.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to travel regularly across villages and subdistricts in East Kutai.
• Willing to undertake field assignments in East Kutai for approximately 12 months, especially for Jabodetabek candidates.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Agribusiness, Agriculture, Social Sciences, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Previous experience leading a team or holding a managerial/supervisory position.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience working with local government, cooperatives, or rural communities.
• Experience in agriculture or community development is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Willing to travel regularly across villages and subdistricts in East Kutai.
• Willing to undertake field assignments in East Kutai for approximately 12 months, particularly for candidates from Jabodetabek.
