• Minimum 1 year experience in related positions.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Good competencies in Public Relation and Community Awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage social mapping data within project areas to support smooth and sustainable company operations.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with local communities, community leaders, and village representatives to foster harmonious relations between the community and the company.
• Manage administrative documentation related to permits and licenses to ensure smooth project execution.
• Receive, monitor, and address feedback, concerns, and complaints from various stakeholders, including communities and NGOs.
• Implement social campaigns and community engagement programs in operational areas to increase social awareness and community involvement.
