Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks an experienced External Relations Manager to lead community engagement around the plantation in Nusa Tenggara Barat. You will build strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders, anticipate issues, and coordinate response initiatives.

The role requires leadership, strategic thinking and the ability to resolve land disputes while guiding field operations alongside vendors and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• 7+ years in External Relations.
• 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience in manufacture, plantation, agriculture or mining industries preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation and observation abilities.

• Build and maintain effective communication with communities surrounding the plantation.
• Anticipate social issues by coordinating with external stakeholders.
• Resolve land disputes within the plantation area.
