Job summary

PT FENI HALTIM is seeking an External Compliance Staff to monitor regulatory requirements and ensure governance practices across GCG and ESG. You will prepare GCG and Sustainability reports, maintain data accuracy for assessments, and coordinate with authorities like OJK and IDX.

You will collaborate with HSE, HR, CSR, Risk, and Legal teams to compile ESG data and support governance meetings and documentation. English proficiency is required to prepare reports for external assessors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, Management, International Relations, Sustainability, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Corporate Secretary, GCG, ESG, Sustainability, or Regulatory Compliance.
• Experience in managing regulatory permits and compliance matters related to POJK, OJK, IDX (BEI), KLHK, Ministry of Manpower, and OSS.
• Familiar with GCG regulations, including POJK 21/2015, POJK 33/2014, SEOJK GCG, KNKG.
• Good understanding of ESG frameworks including GRI Standards, SASB, POJK 51/2017, IFRS S1 & S2, PROPER, SDGs.
• Experienced in preparing GCG Reports, Sustainability Reports, and Sustainable Finance Action Plans (RAKB).
• Familiar with external regulatory engagement and ESG rating agencies such as OJK, IDX, MSCI, Sustainalytics.
• Strong skills in regulatory gap analysis, compliance checklist development, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor external regulatory requirements, permits, and compliance related to GCG and ESG.
• Prepare and develop GCG Reports, Sustainability Reports, and RAKB in line with regs and standards.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of data for GCG assessments including ASEAN scoring.
• Monitor regulatory updates and prepare compliance reviews and recommendations for management.
• Coordinate regulatory correspondence with OJK, IDX, and relevant authorities.
• Collaborate with HSE, HR, CSR, Risk, and Legal to collect ESG data.
• Support GCG Manager in organizing GMS and Board Meetings and governance docs.
• Proficient in English for ESG/GCG reporting and external meetings.
