Job summary

BAT Indonesia is offering an Impact Internship – Operations in Malang, Indonesia. The role supports the Line Manager with daily operational tasks and participates in key projects, with opportunities to work on diverse assignments.

Ideal candidates are STEM students or graduates with strong project management, communication, and stakeholder skills, plus leadership demonstrated through extracurricular activities. English proficiency and Excel/PowerPoint skills are advantageous.

• Effective project management, communication and influencing skills.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Previous project management or internship experience is an added advantage.

The role is responsible for supporting the Line Manager in the day-to-day operational tasks and activities of the function. You will also have the opportunity to take part in key projects.

Essential Experience, Skills And Knowledge
